Strength and Conditioning Classes
Our 60-minute Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to deliver a balanced, full-body workout, beginning with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a dedicated strength or skill component, a high-intensity conditioning session, and finishing with a guided cool-down and stretch to support recovery.

Open Gym
Our 30-minute Open Gym sessions are available to all members who want to get some extra training in outside of class. Whether you're looking to build strength, refine a specific skill, improve your technique, or simply complete additional programming, these sessions give you the flexibility to train at your own pace. With full access to our equipment and training space, Open Gym provides the perfect opportunity to focus on your individual goals in a supportive environment.
